Key Highlights
- In Shanghai’s Lujiazui, the speed of time and money is always measured in seconds. In this financial heartland surrounded by towering skyscrapers, every enterprise seems to be searching for a balance—how to maintain prudent bottom lines amidst rapid expansion, and how to find inner tranquility within complex financial statements.
01. Starting a New Chapter: Growing in the Financial Core
If an office space is like a ship sailing through the turbulent waves of finance, what we seek is not just navigational precision, but an inner certainty to continue moving forward in an uncertain market. On June 16, Goger Office Space officially opened its first Lujiazui location. We have partnered with UOB Group to present a newly upgraded, fully furnished, and flexible office space on the 8th floor of a landmark building in the heart of Lujiazui.

As the financial core and a city icon of Shanghai, Lujiazui gathers global capital, leading listed companies, foreign institutions, and high-end professional talent. It is one of China’s most representative high-end business districts and serves a vital strategic function, helping enterprises establish a presence in Shanghai, radiate across the country, and link to the world. In this prime area, mature industrial ecosystems coexist with densely packed business resources, imposing higher standards and stricter requirements for office environment quality, hardware configuration, service capabilities, and scene experience.

However, the traditional office building model has increasingly revealed structural limitations over time: rigid spatial forms, high renovation investments, complex post-operation maintenance, and single-service offerings, which can no longer match the comprehensive needs of contemporary enterprises for lightweight operations, flexible expansion, and high-quality office experiences. Based on deep insights into this trend, Goger Office Space chose to establish its first location in the heart of Lujiazui, utilizing more refined spatial planning, higher-standard product quality, and more intelligent operation systems to build a flexible, efficient, and sustainable office solution that fills a key gap in the supply of high-end flexible office space in the area.
02. Oriental Aesthetics: Rhetoric Written in Space
Stepping into Goger’s Lujiazui location, the city’s business clamor seems to be softened and filtered in an instant, leaving only order and serenity flowing through the space.

This artwork is created by Zhang Lijuan, a Jiangsu Province Arts and Crafts Master and an inheritor of the intangible cultural heritage of Su embroidery. With over thirty years of deep cultivation in Su embroidery art, she brought four embroiderers to spend three months of dedicated work to perfectly blend the exquisite techniques of traditional Su embroidery with the kinetic energy of a contemporary financial space.
The composition is dominated by warm orange and golden brown tones, with the central area radiating outward like a light source. The unique luster of the silk threads gives the painting a gentle yet resilient light, symbolizing the core upward momentum in the financial market.
We know that efficient office work should not come at the cost of comfort. Walking along the corridor, the four paintings titled Spring Growth, Summer Prosperity, Autumn Harvest, and Winter Storage metaphorically represent the four stages of a company: startup, growth, maturity, and expansion. This embodies Chinese wisdom and is a precise match for the rhythm of corporate development.

To enhance the tactile quality, we abandoned ordinary wall materials and chose silk-upholstered hard panels, combined with wood veneers and diffuse lighting, allowing the space to bid farewell to the coldness of standard office areas and replace it with tranquility and prestige.

In the tearoom, the light hitting the floor creates ripples of golden shimmer, like flowing wealth, perfectly matching the attributes of the financial industry. In the circular meeting room framed by red metal, the glass is engraved with the "Qian" (Humility) hexagram from the I Ching, which carries a homophonic connection to "signing" in Chinese, implying that negotiations held here will be successful and lead to signed contracts.

03. Moving Toward the Future: Global Office and Industrial Synergy
Goger Office Space will continue to advance its office network layout with a global vision, building replicable and evolvable office system capabilities across broader urban and industrial dimensions. On one hand, we will continue to optimize our product system, constantly iterating and upgrading from space design to operational mechanisms to improve our system’s adaptability for enterprises in different industries and at different stages of development. On the other hand, we will focus more on the core pain points of property owners, providing more certain long-term solutions guided by the improvement of asset operation efficiency and the reconstruction of space value, so that office space can truly become sustainable, value-added infrastructure.

In terms of customer experience, Goger will continue to strengthen the concept of "service as a system," continuously improving the office experience in real-use scenarios through more refined operation capabilities and more flexible space combinations, moving the space from "usable" to "better to use and continuously useful". At the same time, Goger is accelerating the implementation of industrial projects; among them, the "Wuxi Lianyungang Specialized, Refined, Differential, and Innovation Industrial Park" project has entered the preparatory stage for opening and is expected to debut soon. This series of projects will center on the needs of emerging industries and innovative enterprises, building office and production synergy spaces with stronger industrial aggregation capabilities, further expanding Goger’s deep layout in the field of industrial office space.

At the pinnacle of Lujiazui's prosperity, Goger Office Space is not just providing workstations; it is building a spiritual realm that can settle the body and mind, inspire wisdom, and hold beautiful connotations. We hope every partner who moves in can leverage the profound heritage of Oriental aesthetics to take their business to the next level and write their own "Radiant" chapter on the map of Lujiazui.
